Our Car Export Process

1. Initiation: Contact us via WhatsApp, social media, phone, email, or website.

2. Service Confirmation: Choose between full end-to-end or individual services.

3. Vehicle Sourcing:
   • Option A: We source the vehicle based on your specs.
   • Option B: You find the vehicle, and we assist in inspecting and securing it. (WeBuyCars Link)

4. Confirmation: You approve the vehicle (via images/videos or in-person).

5. Receive a quotation: We will send you a quote inclusive of VAT reimbursement upfront and the dealership quote.

6. Invoice and Payment: Accept the quotation and we will issue a Proforma Invoice detailing the purchase. You make full payment or a holding deposit for us to secure the vehicle to us. We pay the dealership.

7. VAT Reimbursement: We pay your VAT portion upfront.

8. Payment and insurance: We process the payment to the dealership and start the export preparations as well as insurance cover.

9. Export Documents: We arrange all export paperwork in 3–5 days including: SARPCCO, ITAC, SAD500 – Bill of Entry, CBCA. Depending on which country you’re exporting to.

10. Final Invoice: We invoice for the completed export process.

11. Delivery:
    • Option A: Pick up at Eight2L offices – Self drive.
    • Option B: We deliver to your chosen location via a carrier or driven by our team.

We connect with your clearing agent who handles the pre-clearance processes for a smooth delivery.
